Returns and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please let us know! We are obsessed with giving you excellent products and the best possible customer service - we will strive to fix your problem with a quick turn-around time. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, kindly include the following information so that we can help you as efficiently as possible:
1. Order number or email address used to make the purchase
2. What is wrong with the product or if it is the incorrect product – which product it should be,
3. Approximate purchase date
4. Your contact details
Each case will be dealt with uniquely according to the situation, but we will happily replace or refund your faulty product or if we made a mistake on return of the original purchased item. If we are at fault, we will arrange a courier to collect the item/s from the same address it was delivered to.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you are able to exchange it for another product of similar value (±R10). Please note that return shipping will be for your account if you are simply changing your mind, these products will also need to be returned in an unopened and unused state in the original packaging. Please note, if you want to use your own courier the fee will be for your own account – please contact us and let us arrange our courier for you.

Competitions and vouchers
Competitions are open to South African residents only. Prizes advertised in monetary terms are in the form of online store vouchers. Prize draws will be conducted in a fair manner at the company’s discretion and cannot be disputed, the draw outcome will be final. Draws that are held exclusively for members will only be available to active members to be liable to win.
Online gift vouchers must be used within the stated time frame, after which the voucher will expire. Please contact us if there is a hiccup and we will try to assist you with this so that you do not lose out. Expired vouchers cannot be activated again.

Some of our products contain tree nut oils and is made in a facility using nut oils – please exercise caution if you are allergic to nuts, always carefully read the label.

Those with the following health conditions are recommended to be advised by a physician: skin disorders and allergies to NUTS, Chrysanthemums, Daisies, Marigolds, Ragweed, and Sunflowers.
For individuals with sensitive skin, a patch test is recommended before full use of the products. This can be done by applying a coin-size amount of the oil or cream to a small area of skin that is not sensitive. The products should never be used near the inner eyelids, inner nose, and ears, or on any other particularly sensitive areas of skin and should at all times be used as directed. Origin Skincare cannot be held liable for any incorrect usage of the products. All products are for external use only and must not be ingested.
