Delivery Information

How to order
Orders can be placed by adding your items to the shopping cart. Once you are done shopping click on the cart, select Checkout and follow the easy step-by-step check out form. 
Please ensure all your details are correct so that we can get your order to you quickly.

How to pay
You have the option of either paying via EFT or via Payfast for your convenience.
For manual EFT payments:
Please note that with EFT payments a proof of payment must be sent to before your order can be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: No cash deposits made at a bank are accepted.

We know that you cannot wait to receive your Origin parcel, but delivery usually takes between 3-6 working days (Mon-Fri) after being shipped, depending on your location. Delivery is free for orders over R550.
Please note: Our selected couriers will deliver your parcel on weekdays between 8am and 5pm – please keep this in mind when giving a delivery address. A work address would be better to ensure easy delivery, unless the recipient is at home during the week.
We consistently review our selected courier to ensure you receive your parcel timeously, for the best price and in great condition. If you ever have a bad delivery experience please notify us ( so that we can fix this with our service provider, we want you to have a great experience from beginning to end!

Online gift vouchers are available if you would like to give your lucky person the option to select their own products or if you need a last-minute gift (as these are mailed to you straight away!). The e-voucher can easily be printed by you and given to your loved one - they can then chose their own delightful body care products.
We also use e-vouchers during our annual closing times to still provide you with a great gifting option!
Vouchers must be used within the stated time-frame (usually 1 year), after which the voucher will expire. Please contact us if there is a hiccup and we will try to assist you with this so that you do not lose out. Expired vouchers cannot be activated again.
